Amarone Classico ‘Vigneti di Roccolo’ 2013/14, Cantina Negrar £70

Brooding, deep, intense aromas of Christmas cake, chocolate, cinnamon, sweet fruits and spice. The concentrated palate offers a thick texture and soft velvety tannins, very rich fruit characteristics.

 

Barolo ‘Prunotto’ 2010 £90

Prunotto Displays ample and complex aromas violets and berry fruits. Quite full and velvet, the plate is very well balanced. It has grown under the Piemontese sun in the north of Italy
